PostPods Gift Voucher

Buying live animals for someone else is awkward. You have to guess the species, and the parcel has to land on a day when they are in to open it. An isopod gift voucher gets round both: they choose the animal, and they choose when to order it.

How the Voucher Works

Pick an amount from the options above and check out as normal. Nothing goes in the post: the voucher is a code that arrives by email, at the address you give at checkout, ready to forward or to print and tuck into a card. To spend it, they enter the code at checkout. If the order comes to more than the voucher they pay the difference, and if it comes to less the balance stays on the code for next time.

What It Can Be Spent On

Anything in the shop. That means the animals, from a hardy first colony (our top five isopods is a good place for a newcomer to start) to oddities such as the Shiny Gator, along with millipedes, snails and springtails. It also covers enclosures and the dry goods that every tub gets through: substrate, leaf litter, cork bark, foods and supplements. We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only, so check that the person you are buying for lives there.

Why a Voucher Suits Live Animals

Livestock is not a surprise parcel. We post animals Monday to Thursday so nothing sits in the post over a weekend, we may hold livestock orders when the forecast is below 3°C or above 26°C, and somebody needs to be in to open the box.
