Refund policy

Livestock: We don't accept returns or exchanges on live animals or live moss. If anything arrives dead, our live arrival guarantee covers it - see our Terms of Service for how to claim.

Dry goods: You can cancel a dry goods order within 14 days, starting the day after it's delivered. Email hello@postpods.co.uk with your order number, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Food, supplements and anything sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned with the seal unbroken. Other items can be returned opened, but if they've been used or handled more than needed to check them, we may reduce the refund. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof of postage), including the standard delivery charge if you return the whole order.
