Exotic Enclosures Products

Exotic Enclosures make the acrylic display enclosures we stock: top-opening terrestrial enclosures with a magnetic sliding lid in two sizes, the Medium (162 mm wide, 100 mm high and 216 mm deep) and the Large (216 mm wide, 140 mm high and 306 mm deep). They suit isopods, springtails and other small invertebrates you want to see from every side.

From the same maker come the 3L Braplast vent plugs, which drop into a 3 litre Braplast tub's vent holes and close them down to a size that holds springtails and young isopods in.

Acrylic or a plastic tub?

For a working colony most keepers use a plastic tub; the acrylic enclosures are for a display group you want to watch. Whichever you choose, airflow and a damp end matter more than the box itself.
