Shipping policy

Our shipping days are Monday to Thursday for Royal Mail Next Day and Tracked 24 Delivery. PostPods shall supply a tracking number once products are shipped. Orders received before 6am Monday to Thursday will be posted the same day, orders after this time will be posted on the next available postal date.

During the colder months, we reserve the right to postpone shipping if the temperature drops below 3C as even though we use heatpacks for all orders, they stop working at low temperatures.

All customers shall receive a confirmation of dispatch e-mail for their records.
