How to use: Crumble a small pinch of flakes into your enclosure and give them a light mist. They'll soften up quickly and your inverts will get stuck in. Remove any uneaten food after a couple of days. Best used as part of a varied diet alongside leaf litter, vegetables, pond sticks, and other protein sources.
