Halloween Prize Draw 2026: Terms and Conditions

Every full £10 you spend with PostPods between 2 and 31 October 2026 earns a ticket in our Halloween prize draw, and on Sunday 1 November we draw one winner for a £500 Isopod Mystery Box. There's nothing to fill in: your tickets are counted from your orders. These are the full terms.

1. The promoter

The promoter is PostPods Ltd (company number 15444948), 7 Leeds Road, Cutsyke, Castleford, WF10 5HH. Email: hello@postpods.co.uk.

2. Who can enter

  • Customers aged 18 or over who live in England, Scotland or Wales.
  • Employees of PostPods Ltd, members of their families and households, and anyone else connected with running the draw can't enter.

3. How to enter

  • Entry is automatic. Orders placed on postpods.co.uk from 00:00 on Friday 2 October 2026 until 11:59pm on Saturday 31 October 2026 (UK time) earn tickets.
  • Each order earns one ticket for every full £10 paid for goods, after any discount code or offer and not counting postage. For example, a £60 basket with code SPOOKY20 comes to £48 and earns 4 tickets, and an order of £9.99 earns none.
  • Tickets add up across orders, and there's no limit on how many one person can earn.
  • Cancelled orders and orders refunded in full don't count. If part of an order is refunded, we count only what was paid for the goods kept.
  • You don't pay anything extra to enter. Our prices haven't been raised to cover the draw.

4. The prize

  • One winner receives one Isopod Mystery Box worth £500 at our normal retail prices.
  • The box is a hand-picked mix of live isopods chosen by PostPods from our stock when it's packed. Before we pack it, we'll ask the winner what they already keep and what conditions they can offer, so the species suit them.
  • Delivery is free to an address in England, Scotland or Wales. We post it on a Monday to Thursday, on a date agreed with the winner, and in very cold weather we may hold it until it's safe to send, as with any livestock order. It's covered by our live arrival guarantee.
  • There's no cash alternative and the prize can't be transferred. If something outside our control means we can't supply the prize as described, we'll offer a prize of equal or greater value.

5. The draw

  • On Sunday 1 November 2026 we'll draw one winning ticket at random from all valid tickets, using a verifiably random computer process, and keep a record of how it was done.
  • Every ticket has the same chance, so the more tickets you have, the better your chance of winning. There is one prize and one winner.

6. The winner

  • We'll contact the winner on Sunday 1 November 2026 by email, and by phone if their order has a number, using the details on their order.
  • The winner has 14 days to reply and accept the prize. If we can't reach them in that time after several attempts, or they can't accept it, we'll draw a new winner from the remaining tickets in the same way.
  • We'll announce the result on Sunday 1 November 2026, giving the winner's surname and county on this page and on our social media. If you'd rather not be named if you win, or would like us to give less detail, email hello@postpods.co.uk.

7. Your information

We use the details from your orders to count your tickets and to contact you if you win, in line with our privacy policy. We don't pass entrants' details to anyone else for this draw.

8. General

  • We may leave out tickets from orders that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
  • If something outside our reasonable control means we have to change or cancel the draw, we'll say so on this page.
  • This draw isn't sponsored, endorsed or run by Facebook, Instagram or X.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
  • Questions about the draw: email hello@postpods.co.uk.

9. The result

The draw takes place on Sunday 1 November 2026. The winner's surname and county will appear here.
